Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and related services offered through havenaural.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms together with the policies linked on the website. If local consumer law gives a customer rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply.
1. Eligibility
A customer must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and must provide accurate checkout information. A person ordering for an organization confirms authority to act for that organization.
2. Product information
We work to describe products accurately, but images may be affected by screen and lighting conditions. Minor color, texture, packaging, or production variation that does not materially change the product may occur. Measurements may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Prices and availability
Prices, promotions, availability, and currency may change before an order is submitted. The checkout total controls the transaction. Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected, and an affected order may be canceled with notice and a refund of amounts collected.
4. Order acceptance
An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not guarantee acceptance. Havenaural may decline or cancel an order because of availability, verification concerns, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, listing error, or limits reasonably intended to prevent misuse. If a canceled order was charged, the collected amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment is processed using methods displayed at checkout. Customers authorize the payment provider to complete verification and collection. Additional terms imposed by a bank, wallet, or payment provider apply separately.
6. Fulfillment and delivery
Processing and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk associated with the parcel transfers as required by applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement.
7. Returns and refunds
Eligibility, timing, condition requirements, exclusions, and refund handling are described in the Return Policy. Nothing in that policy limits mandatory remedies for qualifying defective or misdescribed goods.
8. Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts. Notify us promptly if unauthorized access is suspected.
9. Acceptable conduct
Customers may not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse of promotions, interference with website operation, automated extraction without permission, infringement, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
10. Intellectual property
Havenaural names, product names, photographs, graphics, text, layouts, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Havenaural and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A limited permission is granted to view and use the store for personal shopping. No ownership rights are transferred.
11. Third-party services
The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, or other independent parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an as-available basis. Havenaural does not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. Product-specific warranties exist only when expressly stated on the relevant product page or required by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havenaural is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website use or a purchase. Any aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a limitation is prohibited.
14. Indemnity
A customer agrees to be responsible for loss arising from unlawful use of the store, violation of these terms, or infringement caused by content the customer submits, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible.
16. Governing rules and disputes
These terms are governed by laws applicable to the transaction and to Havenaural's operation, without removing non-waivable consumer protections. Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to email us so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.
